Gr 7 Up—Solid resources for reports or for reading up on the subjects. However, the titles are slightly misleading. Both have the word "nutrition" in them, but the books are really concerned with food safety and eating disorders. Smith describes different types of contaminants, illnesses, etc., as well as how food is kept safe.
