Gr 8-12 This fast-paced, contemporary political parable takes place in a fictional British colonial African country that even 30 years after England granted it independence is still a fragmented land of tribal villages, each with a different language and culture. It is a country ruled by despots and scoundrels, who appear to be in almost continous civil war with indigenous guerrilla fighters.
